I just started using RStudio on a linux Mint desktop with 10 cores. I am running the same script on multiple r sessions with different input data. However, sometimes when I come back to see how far the analysis has gone I realize that some of the sessions I had in RStudio have just disappeared. There is no error message, or anything telling me why the session was aborted.
Any ideas on how to at least find out why would an RStudio window just randomly disappear in the middle of a process?
