R Studio Cloud not accessible by others

Hi,

I have created a project in R Studio Cloud but my colleagues cannot access it from their machine. Does anybody knows what could be the issue? I have set up "Who can view this project"= everyone. Is it related to the Internet navigator (chrome, mozilla,...)? Any tips are welcome.

We'll need a little more information to figure out what's going on:

  • What happens when another user tries to access your project?
  • Is your project in a space?
