R Studio crashes/hangs when saving a script for the first time or importing data using the "Browse" feature

R Studio crashes whenever saving a script for the first time and essentially just hangs. R Studio is unresponsive and I'm forced to quit R Studio via task manager

R Studio also crashes/hangs whenever trying to import data by selecting a file via "Browse". Crash occurs after selecting a file

Issue is on R Studio Version 1.4.1106 and R Version 4.0.4

OS is Windows 10
