Try reinstalling XQuartz

https://dl.bintray.com/xquartz/downloads/XQuartz-2.7.11.dmg

I already had new XQuartz. I also removed all .RData files.
I worked with CNN lately and I guess it was long time to load data.

Finally, I choose 'Keep waiting" and it opened now! What a relief
Nothing can be frustrating then be out of my favorit R Studio tool !
Thank you  All are good now. Just need to reinstall all my packages!

It's a really good idea to save your workspace and your source code explicitly rather than saving the workspace when you exit and restoring it when you load.

It's much less painful to use projects in RStudio and then explicitly save your scripts and things you want to keep.
