Require R Script, to group similar Account Names based on Region

I have a data set in excel, with more than 75k records, Column A consist Account_Name, Column B consist Account_Classification and Column C consist Country. My requirement is to group similar Account_Name with different Classification in same country. Also, I need to add a unique name in Column D for similar Account_Name grouped together, probably by the first Account_Name used in a group.

We don't really have enough info to help you out. Could you ask this with a minimal REPRoducible EXample (reprex)? A reprex makes it much easier for others to understand your issue and figure out how to help.
