Restricting Access to Deployed R Shiny App Inside The App

Hi,

I was informed by R help that there is a way to restrict access to an app deployed to shinyapps.io by writing authentification code inside your app.

Would it be possible to see an example as I have no idea how to get started? Ideally, once clicked on the link of the app, the user would need to enter a password to log on.

Hi,

Depending on your shinyapps plan you can access authentification feature

You can also use shinymanager keeping in mind that storage is not persistent
