I'm using the jomo package for the first time. My data frame has many variables, but there are only a handful of outcome and covariate variables I want to enter into the imputation model (i.e. many variables that are missing data but that I don't want to impute data for and/or don't want to include as covariate predictors in the model).
As far as I can tell, jomo will return an imputed data frame that only includes the outcome/covariate variables specified from the original data frame. I can see in one of the published jomo papers that it is possible to specify variables excluded from the imputation model by using the mitml interface for jomo - but I was wondering whether there is a way to retain these variables using regular jomo?
Any tips would be much appreciated!
