Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit high-value frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with strong data analysis background to be part of the Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology (NDCP) Organization. As a key PK Data Scientist to support the pharmacometrics functions in the department, you will;
- Build the internal infrastructure for PKPD data preprocessing and visualization.
- Develop and manage automatic workflows (i.e. data uptake, QC, data integration and reformatting) for clinical PKPD and endpoint data.
- Apply statistical and computational methods to analyze complex PKPD data.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- A Ph.D. or M.S. with a quantitative science background (mathematics, statistics, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, computational biology, etc.).
- Must be proficient in R programming and development of R-Studio / Shiny apps.
- Must have working knowledge in time series analysis in the graduate coursework and/or postgraduate job functions.
- Must be familiar with the concepts of repeated measures and mixed models.
- Able to take dynamically assigned pharmacometrics tasks and deliver the results in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to clearly convey complex concepts and findings to both non-specialist and specialist audiences.
- A critical thinker and passionate team player and quick learner with high energy who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
