Hi everyone! There's a report that I'm looking to replicate that I've attached here. I'm hoping to perhaps find an RMarkdown template of something similar that I can tweak up to fit my specifications. Does anyone know where I can find a template to a simple 1 page report that has a header and a footer that is easily customizable? (In terms of changing the color, logo and company information?
