So anytime I create a data frame then write.csv it then code it to an HTML in Rmarkdown this random x appears in my correlation matrix which throws off the other correlations. I tried removing it with dplyr and such but it never responds. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
I had it turn up in something about 6 months when I was experimenting but I do not remember why or what I was dong.
