Since RStudio version 2022.12.0 Build 353: The upper navigation bar covers the title of the page.
The html is shown correctly in the window which opens after knitting but not online.
Compare: matstat.org - which was knitted with older versions
and matstat.org - which was knitted with the new version of RStudio.
Both versions have the same yml and very similar markdown code.
What version of rmarkdown are you using ?
I believe this has been already reported and fixed in v2.15
- Fix navbar issue with website when using Boostrap 5 with bslib (thanks, @guasi, #2379, @cpsievert, #2384).
Otherwise can you open an issue in the repo with some more detailed on the project configuration used ? Or with a simple reproducible example or steps to reproduce
