Is there a repo for shiny-server rpms somewhere that I've failed to find that yum or dnf could be configured to use? There's an rpm available to download from

but it's a manual download and once it's installed it's never going to get updated unless someone does it manually. Sys admins with hundreds of servers love (major version specific) repos they can point servers at to ensure software gets automatically updated. Especially when that thing is accepting connections from the Internet.
Having a repo is on our roadmap, hoping to get to it later this year.

Sadly no, but it is still on the roadmap, just being bumped by more pressing items.
