we tried to download below shiny server rpm available on your website to deploy on our unix servers
https://download3.rstudio.org/centos6.3/x86_64/shiny-server-1.4.6.809-rh6-x86_64.rpm
However as per deployment team - rpm having chmod/chown command is not standard, so you need to modify it.
Could you please guide on how is it possible to get rpm without the same
