Rprofile.site in my system library is all commented

Hi all,

I have installed R in my windows machine, I noticed that Rprofile.site (Program Files\R\R-4.0.4\etc) is all commented out except. options(help_type="html"). Not sure why this is? Could anyone help me understand please?

The default Rprofile.site file is just a sample template for you to customize to your liking, that is why is all commented.
