RQuantLib 00lock lack of directory for install

RQuantLib package install cannot find "00lock..." directory and files. Following is the error I get on last stage of install:

I have tried everything I know...delete dependencies, reinstall dependencies, reboot... Nothing gets me beyond that last step. I am so close, yet so far...

What am I doing incorrectly with the install?

Have no idea... but when I went to give it another go after a 2 hour wait, no longer a problem... I cannot figure what I did to make it install, because I did not do anything other than what I had already done... Some things are just not explainable, or they are explainable by operator error. That must be the answer...
