After I installed RScript 3.6.3. and opened it, I can see only one pane (R Console).
Normally I should see 4 panes, but I do not know how to make them appear. Unfortunately, my language bar is in German (dont know how to change it to English, either). It is installed in German, maybe because of my current location.
The image you show is of Rgui.exe and it looks perfectly normal.
If you want to use RStudio Desktop that you'll have to install that and launch it.
