Datacamp has a number of Shiny courses aimed at beginners (courses cost).

I agree that you haven't even earned beginner status until you've done the Shiny tutorial, but you may find that tutorial a bit easier to digest if you actually begin with this four-part, read-me-first Shiny Tutorial I wrote.
