I would like to know why RStudio 1.1.383 is not available for Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit?

What is your suggestion for upgrading RStudio to Version 1.1.383 in a 32-bit desktop with Ubuntu 16.04?

We've found that very few people use the new version of Ubuntu with 32 bit hardware. However, all is not lost!

You should be able to use the 32-bit version of RStudio for older Ubuntu. It will run just fine on 16.04, with one exception: in 16.04, Ubuntu removed a library, and RStudio needs it. You will probably need to add it back manually. Here's a guide on how to do this:
