RStudio 2022.02.2 and panel colors

The new version of RStudio (both Desktop and Server) changes the color of the various panes (see screenshot)

. Dark color themes do not seem to be consistent anymore. Is this a feature, a bug or is the a workaround? Also , where could I find the 2021.09.2 version of Desktop and Server?
