Rstudio cloud plan for a conference workshop

I'm currently proposing a 1-day R workshop as part of a conference, and I'm not sure
what type of plan I should get. I need to be able to estimate the cost ahead of time.

I'm with a public university, however the conference would be given by
a non-profit scientific society, so I'm not sure if the instructor plan would apply.
The advantage of the instructor plan (apart from the cost) is that it works for a single
event, which this workshop would be.

I'd appreciate any advice on the subject
