Sorry to hear you are having issues. I took a look at our logs and did not see any recent errors from these projects. Both appear to have been started successfully within the last couple hours.
Issues opening projects can often be solved by relaunching the project. To do this, open the project, then using the "..." menu in the top right corner select the "Relaunch Project" option. If relaunching fails to help and you are still having this issue please let us know.
