RStudio Connect Capacity Reached Error

Hi,

I am getting a capacity reached error when accessing the same application by two different users at the same time.

Error: Capacity reached - This application has reached its maximum configuration capacity and cannot open another connection. Please try again later.

I think it is possible that you reach the maximum processes capacity or max concurrent users configured in the scaling and performance tuning configuration. See here:

Not sure but possible.

That definitely sounds like what's going on. If you bump up the number of R sessions available or the number of concurrent connections per session, I expect that will resolve!
