Ultimately, you will probably want to include:
- the full content log file for these applications
- the RStudio Connect version you are running
- the
/etc/rstudio-connect/rstudio-connect.gcfg file (your server configuration)
- any other information about your architecture / operating system / etc.
We have a diagnostic bundle that contains all of this information:
sudo /opt/rstudio-connect/scripts/run-diagnostics.sh /path/to/output/directory
