Rstudio connect scheduled report delivery issue to viewers

Hi,
I have scheduled the rstudio connect report daily and I also receive it daily but I am facing some issue as some users who I have added as viewers are not able to view that report via scheduled execution.

Kindly provide the solution as the users who are not able to view the report are business heads, so it is sort of urgent.

Also, can you send us some more information on what email settings you are currently using? Have you specified that these business users should be able to both view the report (in the Access Control List) and receive it (in the schedule settings section, specify "Email" and "Additional Recipients").
