Wanted to basic understanding( may sound funny to you all. I have worked on R programming. But when it comes to servers and hosting , I am very new) on Rstudio connect server.
Is this a physical server located somewhere (Similar to Amazon having data centers) or is it a virtual server? Because, as far as my knowledge, a server can either be physical server or virtual server?
Even virtual servers have to be hosted on physical servers, so your question is not clear.
RStudio Connect can be installed either in a physical server or in a cloud computing service (like AWS) and I beleive they do not offer a hosted service so it is entirely up to you.
