Rstudio Crashes Windows 10

My PC recently updated to Windows 10 OS Build 19042.985. The first time I attempted to run Rstudio after this update it's as if nothing happens. I have tried changing the Rstudio files in AppData as one post suggested. I uninstalled both R and Rstudio and reinstalled to most current versions.

From the rdesktop log I have this error message:

05 Jun 2021 18:22:12 [rdesktop] ERROR system error 3 (The system cannot find the path specified) [path: C:/Users/Rcrab/AppData/Local/R/crash-handler.conf, target-path: C:/Users/Rcrab/AppData/Roaming/RStudio/crash-handler.conf]; OCCURRED AT class rstudio::core::Error __cdecl rstudio::core::FilePath::copy(const class rstudio::core::FilePath &,bool) const src/cpp/shared_core/FilePath.cpp:779; LOGGED FROM: void __cdecl rstudio::core::crash_handler::`anonymous-namespace'::readOptions(void) src/cpp/core/CrashHandler.cpp:138

And from windows "problem details" I have this data:

Any ideas on how to get things working again would be greatly appreciated!

My issue was resolved by changing my Nvidia control pannel settings:

Manage 3d settings -> Preferred graphics processor -> Auto Select

This was previously set to High-performance Nvidia processor.
