RStudio Desktop - Not response into project (Ubuntu 18.04)

I'm running RStudio on a Ubuntu 18.04 after updating my system from ubuntu 16.04. Since this update, RStudio is completely unresponsive when I try to work inside a project. Running R version 3.5.3 (2019-03-11) -- "Great Truth" and RStudio Version 1.2.1335.

As a first shot, you can try resetting RStudio's state: https://support.rstudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/200534577-Resetting-RStudio-Desktop-s-State

I did what you recommanded in this blog but the windows not respond again and r-session bug too.

You might need to reset the project state as well (find and delete the folder called .Rproj.user within that project)

I also did this but it does not change anything
