RStudio doent want to work on my laptop

Error Information:

Description of issue -
I downloaded Rsoftware and after that R studio the rsoftware works but RStudio after its been installed when I click on the app to open it it keeps asking to install and when I follow the steps it says installed op laptop but when I open it it judt does it again.

Attempted steps taken to fix -
I have uninstalled both apps and restarted my laptop and reinstalled the apps, I have tried following the RStudio steps for a while. Basicly used 1.8 GB data to try and fix it.

System Information:

  • RStudio Edition: (Desktop)
  • RStudio Version: 1.2.SO42.exe
  • R Version: R-3.6.3-win

is it possible to get a screenshot of this ? (your clicking on the installed rstudio icon and getting a message to install ?)

The icon to load Rstudio after it installed, looks like a big blue R.
after you have done the install once. then you no longer click on the image that I see at the back of your screen, rather you need to find, try searching and type RStudio and see what comes up, or go into program files and look for RStudio with the blue and white icon
