For several days I can no longer access the options on the menu bar and the different windows of the Rstudio software are no longer displayed as well. Although I have reinstalled the software several times, the problem remains while I really need this software to complete some of my work.
I would be very happy to have someone help me to solve this problem which causes me a lot of inconvenience.

On which operating system are you? What are your versions of R and RStudio?
Have you tried with the latest daily build for your OS?

My operating system is windows 7 and I installed version 3.5.1 of R software and version 1.1.463 of Rstudio software.
