Rstudio does not open or save script

Hello

There has been an error in my R studio that it does not open or save any script and shows the error (The device does not recognize the command) and when I open the RStudio in console shows:

"Error in iconv(x, "latin1", "ASCII") :
unsupported conversion from 'latin1' to 'ASCII' in codepage 1252"

I have tried to uninstall and install again the R and R studio and nothing works, could anyone, please help me?
