RStudio doesn't start at all when run

Error Information:

No Error popup. When I click run on RStudio, nothing happens. Same applies when I run RStudio as administrator

Description of issue -
No Error popup. When I click run on RStudio, nothing happens. Same applies when I run RStudio as administrator

Attempted steps taken to fix -
Reinstalled R & RStudio after deleting local files
Run as administrator
Turned off firewall

System Information:

  • RStudio Edition: Desktop

  • RStudio Version: 2021.09.2+382

  • OS Version: 22000.434

  • R Version: 4.1.2

Nope, I tried deleting those folders but it doesn't work. I have no user preferences stored as RStudio cannot even launch.
