Rstudio doesn't start(or doesn't run)

Description of issue -
RStudio installed on my computer but when I try to run it, I get this message of error:"LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed".
Attempted steps taken to fix -
I have no clue how to fix this error
