RStudio: Error Saving File (Invalid argument)

Hi,

I have been getting this error when I try to save an R file in RStudio. Even after RStudio restart, computer restart etc., the problem persists. I thought it might be a bug in version 1.3.959 and downloaded the older version (v1.2.5042), but the problem doesn't go away.

I am running this on a macOS High Sierra (v. 10.13.6), and running R version 4.0.2

These errors start within minutes of opening up RStudio. Is there a solution to this?
