Rstudio ggplot2 Instatlation

Hello,
i just wanted to install ggplot on rstudio but i got a few errors,

  1. Error in install.packages : object 'ggplot2' not found
  2. Error in install.packages : error reading from connection
    Do you guys could help me, i just got into R and dont know it very well. I also use mac, maybe it is the Problem.
    I`d like an quick answer, thx:)

Need to use quote marks

install.packages(“ggplot2”)
