Rstudio IDE crashing when file indexing on windows

When I try to move from the original file directory to another directory in the Files window the IDE crashes right away.

pausing onedrive seems to help. Is there a workaround for using onedrive and the IDE?

I am experiencing the same issues, and similar setup. I've reinstalled RStudio multiple times but it has not increased stability.

The last thing I was working on was a Shiny app. Not sure if that is related.

There is an open issue on github and the lastest daily seems to have fixed this problem: https://github.com/rstudio/rstudio/issues/7652
