I'm trying to install the Rstudio and I get this error. May someone can help me.:sob:

Hi @huangq226 - this must be frustrating.This post states that system error 5 is typically due to not having write privileges.

As a quick check - the post suggests running Rstudio with admin privileges (right-click its icon and choose "Run as administrator"). Maybe give this a try?

If that works you'll have to make sure you have write privileges to that Temp directory.
