Rstudio loading slow and menu bar on the right

Hello everyone :slight_smile:
Iv'e updated both my R and my Rstuios version to the newest, but there are 2 main problems:

  1. It takes about twice the time of the old one to load up
  2. The menus panel ("File", "Edit", "View" etc.) is showing up on the Right side of the screen (Rather than on the left) as it appears in the screenshot
