Hi all,
I'm having an issue with RStudio when using it to write a R Markdown file. I will suddenly not be able to save or run any code although the app is still responsive e.g I can highlight and copy recent code. I have to close RStudio completely (without saving) and then re-open the file to get it working again. It will then work for a variable amount of time before repeating. There is no obvious pattern or trigger to this, not typically when running code just suddenly occurs. I cannot find anything similar in other posts except for suggestions to be careful with the "{r}" and " " at the end of each chunk although this doesnt seem to be an issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Please let me know if some sort of report/log can be generated/shared.
