RStudio not shared between users on MacOS Monterey

Hi, On MacOS 12.0.1, arm64 (M1 macbook pro), when user 1 installs RStudio, Rstudio crashes at launch for user 2. Reinstalling as user 2 fixes the issue, but causes Studio to crash at launch for user 1. Both users are administrators.
