We have RStudio 1.4.1717 installed on Windows 10 (VDI) and after opening it, it only loads a white screen. We have tried changing the Rendering Engine to Software but this isn't sticking for all users. We have also explored changing the %APPDATA%\Roaming\RStudio\desktop.ini but that is under the Admin user and wouldn't apply to everyone. Please other R community users and @discobot help me.
