After trying to open a project, RStudio tells me I need to upgrade from my free account with the following message:

Open Project
Your account has reached the limit for this operation.
To continue, upgrade your account.
"
After checking my usage, I can see that I have used:
- 1 out of 50 projects
- 7.5 out of 25 project hours
The message doesn't tell what is it that I'm going beyond the free account's limit (obviously not open projects, or project hours), and I can't seem to find a link to send a message to RStudio's support team to get a clarification about my usage, and why do I need to upgrade given that I've given RStudio such a light usage.
Anyone that could help me reach RStudio's team would be very appreciated.
