Error Information:
Description of issue - Hi , RStudio starts but loads non stop, and finally says RStudio server is taking a long time to respond...
Attempted steps taken to fix
Uninstalled Rstudio and R and removed all files related, then I installed the latest R and Rstudio versions
I Checked the version of R : 3.5.1 >>> OK
Check for Startup files >> I deleted them >>> Still not working
Check firewall and proxy settings > I deactivated my firewall
Check the permissions on the ~/.rstudio-desktop directory OK
