After upgrading to the latest version on my Windows 10 machine, I have encountered this problem in starting up Rstudio. This is what I see
Strangely enough, with very old versions of Rstudio, everything works fine.

Have you tried resetting RStudio's state?
Yes, nothing worked.
Are you running antivirus? If so, try disabling that (or giving RStudio permissions within the antivirus app).
