rstudio starts with libva error()

I encounter this bug: Ubuntu 22.04 Rstudio (2022.12.0-353) do not work. - #9 by Iiturbe
Solutions listed there do not help.

I encounter it on my computer with Rstudio 2023.0.3.06-386-amd64.deb. On the same computer running RStudio 2022.07.02-576-amd64.deb does NOT show this error. Starting from commandline works, except for the error. Starting it with "rstudio myproject.Rproj results in a crash.
