Rstudio won't install on Mac - no mountable file systems

I'm trying to install rstudio on Mac Mujave (10.14.4). I downloaded the dmg file, when trying to run it getting me an error of " no mountable file system"

I tried restarting several time and hdutil attach " the path to the dmg" file as well, but still the problem
