RSweave Run current chunk

Hi,

Is there any way to configure RStudio so that the code chunks that are inserted into a RSweave document have the same icons (Modify Chunk Options, Run All Chunks Above, and Run Current Chunk) in the top right corner as the code chunks that get inserted into Rmd documents?

I have been writing Rmd - and occasionally RPres - files and when inserting code chunks into those, they automatically get created with those icons/buttons which I find to be very handy. For Rnw files, the code chunks do not contain the icons.
