Rterm.exe -System Error when RStudio is launched

I installed R (R-3.4.4) and RStudio (RStudio-1.2.1091) and when I launch RStudio, I got this error.

You may want to take a look at some of the suggestions in this thread, since they seem to match your error message:

For future reference, if you can copy and paste the text of the error messages in, it's much easier to read than from an image.
