SAML SSO issue on RStudio Workbench

Greetings!

We are trying to setup SSO in the RSTudio Workbench host and after performing the necessary configuration changes, when we try to login to the Workbench IDE, we get the below error. Can you please suggest what could be wrong here? Many thanks.

The request specified an assertion consumer service that is not configured or not supported on the relying party 'https://:/saml/metadata'.
Request parameters: '', 'urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect', 'https://:/saml/acs'
Relying party: https://:/saml/metadata

This request failed.

User Action
Use the AD FS Management snap-in to configure an assertion consumer service with the specified parameters for this relying party. Also, check whether the artifact resolution service is enabled if the SAML artifact is requested.
