Selecting text in VIM-mode by typing "v" on the keyboard does not work correctly
In original VIM typing "v" once allows selection of text by moving the cursor up or down. Typing "v" a second time un-selects the selection. However, in Rstudio 1.2.1320 (Build 1363 (9eda537b) on Windows) it exands the selection to the end of the script.
In Rstudio Version 1.3.154, Build 133 (0bb8ed67, 2019-05-01) on Windows 10, it is even more broken. Typing "v" randomly fails to activate selection of text. Thus, sometimes when i type "v", and move the cursor, no selection is created.
