I am using R to create my dataset for the analysis I need to run in Program MARK. I have to separate my columns containing descriptive characteristics, like sex and age, from my columns containing capture-recapture data (1's and 0's). I am not sure what code to use if there is any and my dataset is too large to do it manually using notepad.
Code I used to separate my rows: inputMN<-apply(cchMN, 1, function(x) paste(x,"1;", sep=" "))
I'm thinking that dplyr::select_if() might be a good solution for you, but can't quite tell from the info you've given us.
Here do you mean rows or columns?
Could you please turn this into a self-contained reprex (short for reproducible example)? It doesn't have to be all of your data by any means (in fact, it shouldn't be!), but a dummy sample of what things look like will help us to help you.
